Questions?
Here are some of the most common questions I get about working together.

Prior to your session, you’ll receive a link to access the virtual therapy office. From there we meet as though we were on Zoom or FaceTime. I always login from a secure and private location to ensure your privacy and confidentiality of sessions and I encourage you to do the same when choosing where you’d like to join from.

Online therapy means my office is anywhere you are! As long as you are in a safe and private location with stable internet you can attend sessions from the location of your choosing. I'm licensed to provide therapy services to residents of Florida and Texas.
-
No, at this time I only offer online services.
-
You can schedule a consultation to ask questions and learn more about my services at no charge and there is no obligation.
Individual sessions are billed at $125 and will last between 45 and 55 minutes.
Payment is collected at the time of scheduling to reserve and confirm your appointment.
Holding consistent time each week is part of how this work creates stability. Securing your session in advance allows us to approach it with clarity, intention, and mutual commitment.
-
My practice is not currently in network with any insurance providers and is considered private pay. I’m happy discuss any financial concerns you may have during your consultation.
-
Because I reserve a consistent time specifically for you, payment secures your appointment in advance.
If you need to reschedule, you may use your existing session fee to move your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduled sessions can be moved to a time the week before, the week of, or the week after your original appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible to use your existing session fee for rescheduling.
Consistency is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful change in therapy. This structure supports steady progress and protects the dedicated space we hold for your work.

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer.
Some clients come with a specific focus and feel ready to wrap up in a shorter period of time. Others choose to stay longer to work through deeper patterns that have developed over years.
Because much of the work we do involves long-standing relational and anxiety patterns, meaningful change often takes time. Not because you’re broken — but because sustainable shifts happen through repetition, awareness, and practice.
This isn’t an open-ended commitment you’re locked into. It’s a collaborative process.
We’ll regularly check in about what feels helpful, what’s shifting, and whether the work is meeting your goals.
You won’t be pressured to stay.
And you won’t be rushed out before you’re ready.
