Texas Clients:
1) Complaints may be made directly to the practice by emailing info@oceanwavescounseling.com. Please allow 7 business days for processing.
2) Complaints can be made to the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council, Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors by calling the toll-free complaint referral system: 1-800-821-3205. This automated, statewide number routes a complainant to the appropriate licensing agency. You may also visit their website for additional information and a fill out a complaint form at: https://bhec.texas.gov/complaints-enforcement-faqs/
3) File a consumer complaint with the Office of Attorney General’s Consumer Protection webpage
Florida Clients
1) Complaints may be made directly to the practice by emailing info@oceanwavescounseling.com. Please allow 7 business days for processing.
2) Visit the Florida Health’s Enforcement site (https://www.floridahealth.gov/licensing-and-regulation/enforcement/index.html) and use the complaint portal, or call 1-888-419-3456 or (850)414-1976 to request a complaint form by phone. Complete the form and mail it to the address given on the form.
